Square one was wonderful completing our home inspection. Matt took the time to thoroughly go through all aspects of our home, as well as explain them to me (a first time buyer) and answer any questions I had while on site. The report we received is detailed, includes photos and identified areas that needed remediation prior to purchase. I would highly recommend Square One Home Inspections and if we purchase a home again, we will be return customers to them! I should note that square one also completed a radon air and water test for us to ensure the property was safe and livable. This was completed in a timely manner and we had the report within 24 hours of all the testing results being available!

Matt was great, we did a walk through with him and he was very thorough. Explained alot of things I wasn't familiar with and gave us possible options and solutions for moving forward with our purchase of a 200-ish year old house. Definitely will use and recommend him for future projects.

Matt was not only thorough he was extremely thoughtful and personable. He didnt miss a beat - climbing ladders and crawling under bulkheads.
