DO NOT RENT FROM THESE APARTMENTS. THEY ARE NOT SAFE NOR SECURED. IVE BEEN LIVING HER FOR 8 MONTHS. THE APARTMENTS ARE A GREAT SIZE AND THE PRICE IS REASONABLE. HOWEVER MY APARTMENT WAS BURGLARIZED LAST MONTH. NOTHING AS BEEN DONE. THERE'S A HUGE ALL IN THE GATE. WHERE CRACK HEADS ARE ABLE TO ENTER THE PROPERTY. MANGEMENT ISNT DOING ANYTHING TO FIX THE OPENING IN THE GATE. ITS BEEN THIS WAY THE WHOLE TIME I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE. EVEN THOUGH MANGEMENT HAS SAID THAT THE PROBLEM IS SUPPOSE TO BE RESOLVED.

I cannot express the disappointment that I have with the poor management. Ms. Brittany was very rude and disrespectful. I expressd my concerns with the dryer in my apartment and asked for maintenance. She blatantly dismissed me saying that it would be a few weeks before anyone was able to see it. They need a new manager, with a better attitude.

Mrs Nicole who's the new Manager for our apartments, has really got this place turned around for the good. It hasn't been long at all and I already notice all the riff raff is gone and the lawns the common areas is way more better. Every time I've walked in the building for paying rent or just a quick maintenance issue miss Nicole always greets you with a big smile and a how can I help you today! It always makes me smile. This is why I now feel safer and just plain comfortable in my house.e now thanks to her and all the other staff member including miss Lee who is equally nice and just as helpful and keeps a smile as well.

Where do I get star… I apply in March got approve right away was supposed moved into the apartment the first week of April the previous manger Letoya NI’cole basically gave us the run around after I already put down the deposit finally after May 31 we decided no longer rent for them cause the process was taking extremely to long and they act like we was bothering them from updates … fast forward we was to received our deposit back in form of a check the first young lady we spoke to said they will mail it after two weeks pass and never received the check so I call the lady LeToya said the check will be mail to the office and we have to pick it up after another week pass and not word come to find out LeToya and her crew got fire so the new property manger Brittany said the check was mail out

Good luck renting an actual apartment! We applied, submitted all of the paperwork and waited. Called several times to get status updates and none was ever available. Application is handled by a third party, who apparently doesn't give the apartment office any information either. We were told the process would take 5-7 days. It has been a month now, and we still have no answer. In addition, we were told in our first call (the day after we applied) that there were no apartments available, although several still show as available on the website. THEN, we just received a bill for charges due at move-out. WE NEVER MOVED IN!! Shady, shady, shady. They're happy to collect your non-refundable application fee, knowing full well that they have no actual apartment to put you into when you apply. Two
