I called Square One for 4 Point And Wind inspection that I needed to do with urgency. Alfredo was able to accommodate me on his schedule , responded to my texts promptly and was on time. He was professional, courteous and to the point. He welcomed any questions. The report was prepared and emailed to me the same night. Great job! I will use this company again if I need to.

As a real estate agent in South Florida , I worked with several inspectors and there is always some kind of issue with them ( bad or incomplete inspection, high price, etc..) . Last 2 years I been working with Alfredo Nassar He does a great work telling you all details about the property, very sincere and honest person (something hard to find these days) and he charges a fair price.
