Spyglass Apartments - A Luxury Community

This is truly the best apartment community I’ve ever lived in! Everything is spotless, beautifully maintained, and it genuinely feels like home. Cammy and Bri in the leasing office are absolutely wonderful—so kind, helpful, and easy to talk to. You can really tell they care about the residents and go the extra mile to make everyone feel welcome. I absolutely love living here! ❤️

The leasing office at Spyglass does not communicate clearly and constantly changes their rules. When I moved in, I was explicitly told I could switch to a cheaper parking spot later while keeping my discount after the free 3-month period. However, when I tried to do that, they suddenly said it wasn’t allowed and required a 30-day notice — even though the confusion was entirely due to their own miscommunication. It feels unfair and misleading to be charged extra because of inconsistent information from management. The lack of transparency and accountability makes this experience feel like a complete rip-off.

If you are looking for luxury apartment this is the best choice for you in Jacksonville. It’s very safe and clean place for living. I just didn’t like one thing. Walls are so thin you can hear when your neighbors walk, snore or open and close shelves but everything else is for 5 stars. Best recommendations.

I was overall disappointed with my stay at Spyglass. The pictures and advertisements for the property look/sound fantastic, however these standards did not hold up once I moved in. I had a 13 month lease and moved out in July. There were several issues I identified, however my main focus is the lack of safety on the property. I had several instances where safety was breached in which the office was notified and nothing was done. I was followed back to my apartment by another tenant one evening and immediately told management, to which their reply was that they’d look into it, and it’s a possibility he had a crush on me.
