My first time experience getting an apartment was nerve wrecking until I was met by the amazing staff at Spruce Village. From the gate, I was met by Nasiyah and Johanna who gave me a walk through which I instantly knew I wanted this to be my home. Through the application process I was guided, especially by Nasiyah who patiently walked me through the experience from start to finish. I would've been lost without them. Shout out to Jesus and Fernando who made my new apartment look fresh and inviting. The place looks exquisite! I recommend Spruce Village to anyone looking for not just a house, but a home. Excellent! Truly exceptional Customer Service. Office staff were very professional and courteous. Answered any questions that were asked and what's most important is that they were friendly. Seriously what property gives you a complimentary $15 towards your Laundry card at move-in! The maintenance staff very friendly and easy to work with. This property is truly a Hallmark and standard setter when it comes to customer service. I truly believe they are changing the face of property management and really understand meeting people where they are at. Great Job,,,! 100%
