Springwoods at Lake Ridge

I had a great experience living at Springwoods, and a big part of that was thanks to Adriana Gomez in the leasing office. She is kind, professional, and always willing to help. Adriana made the leasing process smooth and stress-free and was always responsive whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Anytime I needed something, she made sure it was handled quickly and truly went above and beyond for residents. Her dedication and customer service make a real difference, and Springwoods is lucky to have her.

I am beyond disappointed on how this office/property had handled our situation with the towing. They could have looked into the problem and what had happened about this parking spot situation and could have helped us out in any way they can, such as showing proof to the towing company that it was the property's fault for not labeling the open and reserved spots properly. The reserved spot was painted over to make it an open spot. However, because of the years that have passed the paint faded showing the old paint showing it is a reserved spot when it really was not. We ended up paying $180 for towing that could have been avoided had their office been diligent in making sure the open spots and reserved spots are labeled correctly and maintained properly. Overall the apartments are good. There are of course the good and bad aspects. Good: area is well kept, maintenance comes in a timely manner, rent price is reasonable, parking is great. Bad: management seldomly answers, exterminator is only available on Fridays, owners leave their dogs poop EVERYWHERE. Also are concerns usually fall on deaf ears. For example *see picture below* This happened around 3:30 am. We contacted the rental office months ago about this dead tree and was told that nothing could be done. Not sure who's car this is but I'm sorry this happened.

I’ve lived here for three years, and every interaction I’ve had with the management and the maintenance crew has been pleasant. While some of the reviews on here aren’t great, I took a risk with moving here. This was my first apartment officially on my own, and the walk through tour made me at ease. Tenae answered all my questions and addressed my concerns of be being deaf. While this place did not provide disability accommodations as requested, they went out of their way to help install my strobe light smoke detector (had to buy it myself) before I even moved in. lived at Springwood Apartments for two years, and my experience was very disappointing, especially with the office staff and security. First of all, the office was completely unreliable. They would tell you one thing and then do the exact opposite. I was told I had until the 5th of the month to move out, but a few days later they charged me for five extra days with no explanation. I had cleaned the entire unit thoroughly before leaving, yet they still claimed it wasn’t clean and tried to charge me. The office staff was some of the worst I’ve ever dealt with—unhelpful, unprofessional, and dishonest. On top of that, security is a major issue here.
