Springwood Apartments

went on a tour here and the leasing office was nice but found it odd we looked at the places by ourselves… this place was a dump. Walked into the first building and it smelled like weed and cat pee. We walked into the unit and our jaws dropped… The apartment was destroyed, basically unlivable. there was rust on the heating element box, a string on the light switch to turn it on, items in the bathroom were broken, oven burner element broken and doors broken all in the unit. so glad we toured because the pictures online are FAKE.

If your looking for an apartment please do NOT make the mistake we made renting here at this complex. Management doesn't help you and maintenance is just as bad. Trying to get them to fix a leaking roof and multiple other issues we are experiencing is like pulling teeth and it's still not fixed. You can find something better priced and in much better condition . This place is literally falling apart and they have no intention of actually ever fixing it. The moment you move in they are going to increase the rent anyways so do yourself the favor and spend that little extra for a better living space. Your mental health will thank you! ❤️❤️❤️

No one EVER answers the phones not ONCE has anyone answered the phone in the leasing office. Even the emergency number I got no answer. If your considering to move here just look somewhere else.

Calm peaceful neighborhood. Target, BJs, Giant, Walmart, restaurants within a mile. Good school district.

Moved in a few years ago & love it here! Management is very pro-active & attentive & maintenance is the best! They’ll help you in a heartbeat. The fact that they truly care about their tenants makes living here just one of the many perks! Great for people with kids & dogs as there is a big courtyard to play on. You’d never know you were off of a major road- it’s so cozy here!
