Springtree Apartments

Well even though it's been featured on Netflix, it's still nice. I visit my friend who lives there. She's had no problems. I had no problems either. Good place!

I don't always choose to visit the best apartments in Greenville County, But when I do I choose the apartments off Pelham Road in Greenville County. Now, pull up a chair. I got out the old tool belt and the trusty tape measure to take a look at the specs on "Peachtree Apartments on Pelham Road." Now, it looks like we might have a "measure twice, cut once" situation here. I found a Peachtree Place over in Columbia and Fort Mill, and a Peachtree Village in Boiling Springs, but the real studs are the properties on Pelham Road itself—places like Pelham Place and Oak Ridge. This place is mildew infested. I’m not sure how anyone live there you can smell it from the outside! The BLACK mold is visible on the carpet. Not sure how they are allowed to operate.

Bridget was absolutely wonderful during my apartment tour! She was very polite, respectful, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She was also extremely informative, taking the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and making sure I understood everything about the property. I moved out here about a month ago and so far, so good! It’s nice and quiet, which I really appreciate. The only downside has been that the pool hasn’t been open yet and I still don’t have access to the fitness room. Other than that, everything has been great. I would definitely recommend this place to others! The landscaping and the up keep is great.
