Samantha at the front office has been a saint! She’s so kind and so helpful with all and any of my questions. She’s always there and makes sure any of my requests are taken care of. Which brings me to the maintenance staff, they are incredible! They make sure to get to your request as quick as possible, and if necessary they work with your schedule. Eleazar in particular has been incredibly sweet and caring! They both have made living here so much more enjoyable!

God blessed me on finding this beautiful and welcoming Apartment complex. I mean, the leasing staff are always providing above and beyonnnnd treatment. Great area and neat units . Stacy, Samantha, Jessica and Maria are super pleasant and very helpful, including Eleazar; who is always the one to fix any thing i need in the apartment. Top notch work 👌 Been here for a couple of years and plan on keeping it that way.

I've had a great experience moving in and working with Jessica and Samantha. Jessica helped us get settled into an apartment. Samantha has helped address any and all concerns once we moved in. Eliezer and Yoko with Maintenance have done great work in our apartment. Really great community with nice neighbors. Attentive maintenance. Professional and caring leasing office staff. I definitely recommend looking into this complex for an affordable and comfortable apartment.

Maintenance did a professional job repairing a broken old, original kitchen drawer. Also, on Christmas Eve day we discovered a water leak under the sink. Went to the office and told the office manager and she had a maintenance person there within an hour and they had it fixed in 20 minutes. We appreciate the responsiveness.

Been here for almost 3 months, super peaceful and quiet and maintenance is always on point. No complaints. Older gentleman always gets work done same day or next day.
