Springs at Tradition

I moved in 4 moths ago, Since day one has been nothing but problems. First a resident tells me they are the mayor of community I laughed .after that same resident kept parking his car on top of mine so i could not open my car door. Told office and nothing was done. Photo of each time he parked next to me Than a note put on my car telling me that other people would like to park there and there kids play there (take your kids to park) not in a parking space. Office was told and shown note again they will put in file. after that Both my trucks get vented from someone opening there door on my car Photo (office put in file) Few weeks later my car tire get sliced (photo) office does nothing. Now i have to put camera to watch my cars I did not move here to live this way. After this a new resident

I moved here from Massachusetts about 2 months ago. I could not be happier to be living at Springs. The facility is clean, modern and new. Ashley, John and Kristen have been so helpful in my move and making me feel welcome to the community. Springs is very pet friendly. They have two dog parks! We feel so at home and cannot wait to settle in even more!

I'm happy with the service that Springs at Tradition provides, the staff here are courteous, polite and helpful, not to mention the scenery, beautiful flowers and plants. I really feel at home here. this was our best choice. Thank you.

Starting to look for a long term rental in the area for later this year. Decided to stop into the springs randomly and was greeted by Jill who initially stated we should have made an appointment to tour the community but luckily for us she had a little break in between and would be willing to show us around. She gave an excellent tour of the community and one of the units and really made the Springs feel like somewhere to call home! What a great leasing agent you guys have chosen to represent your community. She was very professional yet transparent and really made us comfortable in our search. The springs may not be the newest, nicest, “resort style apartment” in the area, but it definitely feels the most like home!

My husband and I moved to The Springs at Tradition from WNY in October 2024. If anyone has ever moved out of state, they know how stressful it can be. I have to say from the moment I filled out the application in September till the time we moved in mid October, it was nothing but a very pleasant experience. The front office of Brooke, Jill and Greyson are absolutely spot on. My husband is wheelchair bound and they spent so much time answering my many questions and reassuring me that all my request for my apartment and handicap parking spot were accommodated. Since living here the last 4 months the office continues to answer all questions and concerns promptly. The maintenance department is also wonderful.
