I’ve been living here for one month, and my experience at the complex has been amazing so far. Christian and Zainy are incredibly friendly, well organized, and always willing to help in any situation. One of the main reasons I decided to move here was because of how kind and supportive they are, helping you through the entire process from start to finish. Every time I’ve had a question, they’ve been very responsive and helpful. The complex is beautiful, well maintained, and the apartment itself is incredible. They also organize fun activities at the clubhouse, which makes it easy to socialize and connect with neighbors, who are very friendly as well. I have been living here for about 9 years. I love the community and the apartment. The property is quiet and it's a great location. I have met all managers and Christian has a passion for everything he does. He has work to get the property in a better shape and the landscaping has gotten wat better. I am happy to renew my lease for my 9 consecutive year. The maintenance team Rolando, Melvin and Ricarter are quick and great guys. They know me well. Thank you Springs at Tapestry for the work you do. Rolando the Service Supervisor was the one that I did the tour with and he showed me around and I am still here. I love my home.

I’m leaving this review to share my experience because honestly it was very disappointing. We applied for an apartment and paid about $800 in total. In the end, they only refunded $500, which means we lost $300 without even being approved. From the beginning we were clear that we are self-employed and that our income is mainly reflected in our bank statements. We were told those statements would be accepted as proof of income. However, in the end they didn’t take them into account and instead relied only on last year’s taxes, which were lower, ignoring that this year our income has been higher and clearly reflected in our bank statements. I had one of the worst leasing experiences yesterday I’ve ever encountered, and unfortunately it was entirely avoidable. I had a tour scheduled for 5:15 PM. Due to traffic, I was running slightly behind and made every reasonable effort to notify the leasing office. I called multiple times and also sent a text message to the same number that had been used to confirm my appointment. No one answered the phone, and no one responded to my message. I arrived a little after 5:30 PM and was met by two women at the front desk who reacted as if I had done something unreasonable. My experience with the leasing department at Tapestry was very poor and extremely disappointing. I was denied due to misinformation provided by their own staff. Before applying, I clearly asked about the requirements, since I am self-employed and my income is paid in cash and deposited through Zelle and directly into my bank account. The person assisting me told me that bank statements were sufficient. At no point was I informed that the decision would be based primarily on tax returns from the previous year. Had I been told from the beginning that last year’s tax returns were a determining factor, I would not have applied, as my income last year was low.
