0 stars Electrical problems, plug in your tv in the living room the fuse will blow Sinks cave in after 3 months Pink mold due to constant drip in the sinks Hot water lasts 20 minutes for a shower Furnace sounds like a tornado Dryer lint catcher lasted 3 months Windows were not insulated constant moisture on them Dog park has constant maintenance you can use 4 months out the year Rent goes up every year Unexpected charges tacked on rent for “lifestyle fee” it was a bench last time 1st year there was an OVER WHELMING amount of frogs you would hear them under your tires, couldn’t walk out the door with out possibly stepping on one On top of all of that above upon move out was charged $3000 for “damages” with pictures to prove how egregious that is. Now you tell me was this worth $3000?

Springs at Sun Prairie is a great apartment complex. It is located in a quiet area, but only 5 minutes from downtown, and all possible businesses and services are at your service. Very convenient location. The apartments themselves have everything you need, as well as a pool and a gym. Staff is great and incredibly friendly. Highly recommend this place!

Incredible value for the price. The location is one of the most convenient you can get in sun prairie. short trip to the major highways, and very close to the airport but the air traffic does not really impact quality of life here. The pool is well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. The residents are friendly and provide a sense of community. My dogs love it here, and I love the pet policies. Every apartment comes with a garage, but you can pay a little more for it to be attached to your apartment with heating. I used to have an attached garage-2BR and it was worth the price. But now I am in a very cozy 1 BR with a detached garage and the apartment floor plan for the price I pay makes up for the detached garage. Springs is a beautiful place and right within the Sun Prairie community. it's within walking distance to food, drinks, Movies, Supermarket and Target!!!! The building itself is so modern and well kept, The Springs at Sun Prairie Property management staff provides super-fast and excellent responses to anything I have reached out to ask them! Any maintenance issue or questions are handled professionally and fast. The on-site Club House is a great place to work-out, swim or host events at, It's a Great place to call home.

It's been great living here so far. Been here just over a year and so far have had little to no issues. Property is very well maintained, apartments are very spacious and homey feeling. The attached garage are a huge bonus and both our cars fit inside. Pool is a great size and location is very convenient to everything we need.
