Springs at Stadium Village Apartments

Springs at Stadium Village is a beautiful, welcoming and vibrant community, that has well kept grounds, fantastic amenities, and the most amazing staff. The pool is stunning, the floor plans are incredibly spacious and the gym is very well stocked. Additionally the clubhouse is gorgeous and the staff just make it feel like home, especially with Ms. Liz leading the team. She was incredible and her warmth and knowledge and love for her community shows the second you talk with her. I highly recommend touring with Liz and her fantastic team, and considering choosing this community as your new home.

I waited a full year before writing this review so I could give the most honest and helpful feedback possible. Over the last 14 years, I’ve lived everywhere—from Arizona and Texas to Belgium—and I can confidently say that Springs at Stadium Village Apartments has been one of the best places I’ve ever called home. I’m definitely the occasionally needy tenant or the “lost girly” with a question, and I’m so grateful for Liz, Braden, and the entire team for always being helpful, kind, and responsive. The two newer ladies in the office have also been incredibly sweet and welcoming! Between the amazing staff, the beautiful layout of my unit, the thoughtful amenities, and the overall living experience—I’ve never been happier. I will update my review if we ever get a phone call back from either Liz the property manager, or Frank her regional manager. If I could give zero stars, I would. The water bill is insanely overpriced—three times higher than other apartment complexes I’ve lived in. Water leaks all over the complex takes them weeks to address. The pool is boring and unsafe. My 4 yr old son got metal shavings in his foot walking from the bathroom to the pool due to their negligence. They make you pay for a dog DNA test but never enforce the rules. Dog waste is constantly left around the complex. I had to repeatedly text them just to get it picked up or to report overflowing dog trash cans. On top of that, they don’t tell you until after you move out that there’s an extra “allergenic” carpet cleaning fee if

I saw an ad for this place on Instagram. then I had to the pleasure of driving past this weekend. They were so beautiful so I decided to look into them. I am so glad I did. I absolutely fell in love with this place! I called to see if I could tour it, I had the pleasure of working with Jhezmine! From the moment I called her earlier this week to meeting in person, she has been so great! The floor plan I initially wanted to tour was not available so she took my information and even noted the time I am looking to move. Normally, you don't get people actually calling you back. however literally just 2 days later, I get a call from Jhezmine just wanting to let me know she was working on getting the floor planned clean for me to view it. Which I thought was amazing that she even remembered me! I

Lived here for over six months and the internet's been nonfunctional for the majority of that time. The place is gorgeous, the people up front are very nice and welcoming, but it's truly unacceptable to have this be a constant issue. A constant issue they just shrug off as "it's being worked on". I'm no genius, but it doesn't take four months to fix internet. People revving their engines at 11pm is also a little annoying, but that's got nothing to do with them, that's just people being people.
