We love our home here at Springs at Sandstone Ranch, Longmont, Colorado and one of the biggest reasons is Ace Littlejohn. Ace exemplifies the highest standard of Great Customer Service: Always friendly, super kind and thoughtful, answers all our questions, handles all requests quickly and efficiently. Ace makes us feel like he's glad to know us. He's just such a great guy!

I had the pleasure of living at this apartment community for two years, and I can confidently say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The property is well-maintained, thoughtfully managed, and consistently upheld to a high standard of quality and professionalism. What truly sets this community apart is the exceptional customer service. The management team is attentive, responsive, and genuinely committed to resident satisfaction. Any questions or concerns were always handled promptly and with care, which made day-to-day living seamless and stress-free. Just moved into the Springs at Sandstone Ranch complex 10 days ago. So far I can honestly say I love living here in my wonderful apartment. There were so many varieties of apartments to choose from. The apartments, complex facilities, and grounds are kept immaculate. Have met some really nice people in the short time living here. The office staff was professional everytime I had questions. Special KUDOS to Krista Freitas!!! I hope that management knows how good of a Leasing Associate they have in their employment. As many other reviews have suggested, I wouldn’t say that describing this place as just going downhill is fair. I would say that it has fallen off of a cliff. I was a resident for years when Morris was here and he was awesome. He even went as far as checking on my cat for me when I was on vacation. And I was the ideal tenant: my monthly payments were on autopay, I paid for my cat as expected, and I never even spoke to anyone for years. I got a feel for how bad things had gotten when while trying to renew my lease last time, the front desk ignored me when I was trying to contact them to discuss a simple question with the new lease. If I could give this place 0 star I would. Leasing agent (Kelsey) and maintenance team member (Dutch;Caleb) didn’t follow the law and tried giving me a 7 day notice to vacate the property after living there for 2+ months because she didn’t provide the proper paperwork, but I have proof I signed everything that was sent the first go round. They refused to send it to me after the fact or allow me to talk to any employee despite never going into the office or having previous problems. I was wrongfully and illegally sent this notice and then told I would be removed by police if I went to the office to discuss this. This isn’t the first time this has happened, and other residents and employees were very disappointed and disrespected by the staff at Sandstone Ranch. I would never moved to or rec
