Springs at Posner Park Apartments

We love living at Springs at Posner Park! The community is clean, welcoming, and has such a nice environment. The amenities are a big plus for our family. We’ve even used the clubhouse to work and homeschool the kids. It’s perfect because when we finish up we head straight to the pool 😁. The pet-friendly perks (like the dog park and pet spa) make life easier, and my dogs love it. The location is super convenient near Posner Park shopping and just a short drive to Disney. The staff—Janet, Matthew, Jonathan, and Miguel—are all super friendly and always so helpful. Overall, it’s been the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and community! I had a terrible experience living at Springs at Posner Park and would not recommend this community. The level of unprofessionalism from the staff, especially Matthew, was extremely disappointing. When I first moved in, the apartment was given to me in a dirty state with carpets that were far from clean. Despite that, I made sure to leave my unit spotless, including the carpets. Still, Matthew is now trying to charge me $180 for carpet cleaning, which is completely unfair. I had to transfer apartments because my neighbor was constantly smoking marijuana, and the smell came through the vents nonstop. Instead of properly addressing the issue, management pushed me to move. In the process, I had to give up my emotional support dog because the building they moved me into was a no-pet building

I would like to give a big shout-out to Genesis Santos for providing outstanding service on all of my maintenance requests. Every time, the work was handled promptly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. I did not receive a survey for any of the maintenance visits, so I wanted to make sure I still shared my appreciation. Please consider this my five-star review—Genesis truly goes above and beyond! I want to express my gratitude and 5 star review experience I’ve had so far. From the moment you walk into the office the staff does not hesitate in assisting and being cordial, amenities are great! My sister and I were about to move out two months ago due to work commute as she expressed in her review and the apartment complex we were moving into ended up disappointing us and breaking their promises. Matthew took care of a renewal lease the same week it was about to expire and Janet welcomed us back in a very friendly professional manner. We are truly happy thank you Springs at Posner Park! You are amazing!
