Springs at Newnan

Advertised as "luxury" apartments, but is anything but... it's just your typical plain old apartment complex. Maintenance is woeful, as is management. The unit I moved into was absolutely filthy. Their maintenance people are responsible for get a vacant unit ready for occupancy, and they definitely don't know how to do this. Management here is too cheap to hire a cleaning service. Only one gate for 300 units, and it gets backed up, because you have to use swipe card instead of a clicker, and from visitors trying to get in via a keypad. There is not a dedicated tenant lane. They have a back entrance that is kept padlocked all the time which would help alleviate this problem but again they're too cheap to do this. Exceptional Experience at Springs at Newnan Although our lifestyle circumstances have recently changed and we won’t be able to keep this apartment as a second residence, I still want to share how truly impressed we were with Springs at Newnan. From the very beginning, David was absolutely phenomenal. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming during our tour, and that same level of care and attentiveness continued throughout the entire leasing and move-in process. He made everything seamless and stress-free, and his communication was always timely and clear. The community itself is beautiful—well-maintained, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. This will be our first full week here. It’s a beautiful community. Very clean. Beautiful landscape. Everyone we have come in contact with has been very nice. Sherri from leasing office is top tier professional. Very knowledgable. And so kind and caring. And the homes are very spacious. Beautiful floor plans. I look Foward to many happy days here. We are very happy with our decision. To make Springs At Newnan our home. And very pet friendly.

We relocated from a complex less than 2 miles away due to poor management. David made our leasing experience a 10 out of 10! He is kind, professional and well informed about what he and this property have to offer. We have been here 2 weeks and haven't heard anyone running above us because these apartments are constructed so well. Ive already recommended my new neighborhood to people I care about!

My girlfriend and I toured some apartments at Springs a couple days ago with our tour guide Kristen, and from start to finish our experience simply phenomenal. We loved everything we seen from the apartments to the amenities. We were also only her 2nd tour ever and she was simply exquisite, so if you plan on touring at Springs get Kristen she’s the BEST!
