Springs at Live Oak

The Springs at Live Oak is such a beautiful community! The office is always neat and welcoming, and the staff truly go above and beyond. Bambi (Property Manager), April (Assistant Property Manager), and Yara (Leasing Agent) are all incredible; super kind, professional, and always willing to help. It’s refreshing to see how well they interact with their residents and how much the residents genuinely enjoy engaging with them. You can tell they have built great rapport and take real pride in their community. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the apartment staff! From day one, they’ve gone above and beyond to make this feel like home. Everyone is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Whether it’s a question at the front office or a maintenance request, everything is handled quickly and professionally. Speaking of repairs, the maintenance team is amazing—fast, efficient, and always respectful of your space. They don’t just fix the problem; they make sure it’s done right. It’s such a relief knowing that if anything ever comes up, it will be taken care of without hassle. Living here has truly been a great experience thanks to the people who keep it running so smoothly. Highly recommend!

Although, Springs at Live Oak Apartments has been my first and only apartment complex so far, I would highly suggest them, especially when in need of an emergency. They’re one of the most convenient, flexible and respectful apartment complex’s within Live Oak, TX. I’ve never experienced an issue with them within my 2-3 months of being a resident.

Always great with following up on emails and clarification. The maintenance workers are really good people and quick to fix things. This is the first apartment I have stayed more than 1 lease with.

My daughter and I just moved in and the office staff is amazing. They are so kind and welcoming. Maintenance is top notch as well. Thank you Bambi, April, Yara, Chris, and Antonio for making me feel at home!
