Great staff and community, very clean and quiet! Margarita in the leasing office is very nice and helpful! We lived here for 3 years and didn't have any issues. Great maintenance team as well. Definitely worth the price for Naples

I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves pets and leads an active lifestyle. There's plenty to do here for walking, jogging, swimming, and working out at the gym. Sugden Regional Park, the Naples Botanical Garden, and countless pickleball courts in East Naples Community Park are all within a 2-5-minute drive. It is quiet and calm, yet close to downtown.

We have been living here for 7 months and things have been going well. Management takes our feedback seriously and helps advocate for us when things are not going right. It’s clean, private and fairly quiet even though we live near the pool!

Arriving to my new apartment was an adventure. Relocating from another state can be challenging but Sharon, Margarita and Elizabeth supported me and ensured I was apprised of the requirements. Margarita and Sharon were on the phone at times ensuring all was handled. I’m grateful for Sharon for finding me the right location with a lake view. Margarita went beyond to take a video of my new home. Thank you both. You Ladies are Rockstars. Now onto the actual apartment. Love...love and love. My place is on the second floor. It provides lots of windows and a large screen in lanai. The view is gorgeous. The appliances are top notch. I really enjoy how spacious my new home is. My lanai is large and wrapped around but I wish they had a treatment to get rid of the spiders. My dog Kingston is truly
