Springs at Flagler Center Apartments

I absolutely love living here!!! Dre helped me find the best apartment! Shout out to him! All of the staff is kind and maintenance will make sure to take care of any of your requests. The amenities are amazing too and on top of that, I have one of the best views in the community. I highly recommend the Springs to everyone 👌

There are always pros and cons to apartments. For me, the pros outweigh the cons. There may be cheaper options but the complex is great. Pros: - fully gated with gates working almost all the time - great communication from staff. Matt is super helpful and friendly. - for my 1 bedroom, size is great! - quiet complex - landscape is always beautiful - has a townhouse feel - food trucks Wednesdays! - 15-25 minutes to downtown and beaches Cons: - wish I had a screened porch. They have units that do but mine doesn’t - can hear upstairs neighbors but that’s typical. - train is next to the complex but you get used to it. Overall, it was a great decision for me.

I have been having problems with my bathroom. My bathroom was flooded with 3 inches of water when I got home from a trip at 4am. Matt/ Turtle, fixed it for me! He is so friendly and did an amazing job. He woke up at 4am and came straight over to help with no complaints. I appreciate all of his hard work!!!

All the maintenance men have been great! I want to give a shout out to Jay. He’s been so kind, hardworking, and all around a nice guy. He’s made our move so much easier!

In the three months that we have resided so far we have encountered exemplary service. From the beginning, Nikki and Dre doing their best to accommodate us. We had the refrigerator in our unit go out yesterday and they had a replacement refrigerator within hours of being notified. Nikki the property manager is professional and makes you feel at home. She's been tactful even when I was being extra or frustrated. Dre is helpful and always with a smile on his face. Additionally, I have to say I cannot believe I have not encountered one fly or mosquito, walking my dog, since I've been here. They must stay on top of pest control on the grounds. Offering interior Pest Control monthly as part of our living expenses here is also greatly appreciated because this is Florida after all and there are
