Springs at Coral Shores

I absolutely love living at Springs at Coral Shores! I’ve never really been someone who loved apartment living, but this community completely changed that for me. From the very beginning, the staff made the experience incredible. Caroline helped me tour the property and find the perfect unit, and she truly took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I found the right fit. On move-in day, Wyatt helped me get everything set up when I picked up my keys and went above and beyond to make the process smooth and welcoming. The entire team here is genuinely kind and professional. The leasing office is nothing like the stereotypical apartment offices where you feel like you’re bothering them- everyone is friendly, helpful, and actually cares about residents. Wyatt and Javier were fantastic and very attentive to us as soon as we walked in til the time we left. They helped answer any of our questions as well as gave us space to think and talk. They weren’t pushy at all like you sometimes get when you are looking at places to stay. We appreciate their customer service, it’s hard to find nice people these days!

I had a great experience touring the apartments at Springs at Coral Shores thanks to Wyatt. He was professional, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the community and floor plans. He took his time answering all my questions and made the whole tour feel relaxed and informative instead of rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people find the right place. Highly recommend asking for Wyatt if you’re considering living here!

Absolutely great establishment to live. Wyatt was great during the tour and helped answer any questions I may of had and was a great face to represent the community. If you are thinking of renting and want to feel safe with a laid back lifestyle, this is the spot! Gated, pet friendly, good location and affordable. Ask for Javi or Wyatt when you call to do a tour and you won’t be disappointed choosing to live here.

Just came back to update review. Initially gave 3 stars, but as promised I am giving 5 because I was given a satisfactory explanation of the delay in responding. I enjoy living here. It is a pretty nice complex.( Minus the usual tenants that can't follow rules...smoking..not picking up dog poop, etc..) But, in general the complex itself is nice. Maintenance is really top notch. My three stars are because you can't get an answer to your questions. Email the property manager numerous times, email the staff, and nothing gets answered. They claim they have a five star promise- yet they don't answer a simple email. That to me would be included in their 5 star promise. If they would do that I then would give them their 5 star review.
