Don’t move here. Management is rude. They have a really bad roach problem. They only spray apartments if The tenants ask for it. They know they have a roach problem so they should be spraying every apartment. You will get your car broken into. We had to tape the floor because sharp stuff was coming through the floor and we had a baby and didn’t want her to get hurt. Had to have maintenance 3 times to fix our water heater and replace a hose on it but they didn’t fix the hose until the third time they came. And we still had not got water. So we told them to just replace it and they did. They also have exposed wires which is not safe. The door to get into the build was always broken or off the hinges. We had keys to get in but never used them because the door was always broken and never shut

I have lived in multiple apartments before and this management is the first one that actually cares about tenants and takes care of maintenance. Michelle is great.

She a very good landlord she make sure everyone living her safe and she make sure the work is done in each one of the apartments

Sub standard living conditions. Management lies and is rude to its tenants. Every kind of infestation can be found, and they do shoddy repairs if they do them at all.

Things are being updated all the time. Very different from what it used to be. Thankful to live here. Very accommodating!
