If I could give this place 0 stars I would, me and my gf lived here for a year and it was the absolute worst rental experience we’ve ever had. For starters, The entire property is covered in roaches. They have legitimate roaches infested trees where you can see them crawling everywhere. On top of that you will be paying for things you do not have and never did have.. they’re going to charge you a 40$ monthly fee for a smart home device that was never installed and say there’s nothing they can do about it. They’re going to charge you another 40$ a month for trash service and it’s not optional.. in doing to your neighbors will leave pile of trash at their doors and you will literally be crunching roaches every time you walk up to your door. You can never talk to anyone in the office because
We’ve lived here for a year or over a year and everything seemed fine until my neighbors moved in upstairs. Now I understand you are alllowed to make noise for part of the day but not to the point to where your ceiling light comes crashing down and breaking. They stomp play loud music and everything. I even had to shove my broom up there and they have the nerve to retaliate by making louder noise. I reported this several times to the leasing office and they haven’t done anything. They still make noise even up until four in the morning and. I have a four year old sleeping in the other room. But my neighbors don’t care and obviously the leasing office doesn’t either. We may not renew our lease this year because I need to be somewhere where my concerns matter.
BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!! My experience at this apartment complex was hands-down the worst, most stressful, and most unprofessional situation I have ever dealt with. The level of negligence, disrespect, and outright carelessness is truly unbelievable. To start, management constantly entered our apartment without proper notice. There were ZERO 48–24 hour warnings for maintenance, Cox Internet installation (which NEVER worked), or anything else. There were maintenance work orders were entered under my name that I did not request .And yes — they walked in on me undressed without knocking or giving any communication whatsoever. Total violation of privacy. The apartment itself was full of mold ceilings, bathroom, under every sink. We had photos and mold test Petri dishes documenting it. Maintenance
This is my last post and I have safety concerns. The maintenance team is non existent, the neighborhood is not kept up, I had a horrible experience with the valet trash person who was rude but yet yall did nothing. Trash is all around the neighborhood and it’s starting to be a second coming of Patriots Crossing formerly known as Woodview Apartments (not good). There are two great people on the leasing team (Liz and Earl) but outside of them there’s a decline. I’m unfortunately I’m not renewing my lease, it’s not for me and safety is a concern
DO NOT RENT HERE. Save yourself the trouble and go be homeless, it's less stressful. As a service member in the US Army, I got transferred to Virginia and had to rent an apartment without even visiting the property. After 2 full days of driving 2 trucks (my pregnant wife driving the other one), we got to the apartments late at night and this is how it started: We were promised a renovated apartment and instead we got a very poorly maintained old unit. Old appliances, no microwave, internet cables coming out of the walls like overgrown weeds on a The Walking Dead scenario, both toilets leaking, roaches, bad smell... You name it. Situation was so bad that our first night was spent on a hotel. The next day we tried to talk to management but for lack of a better option, we stayed in the unit,
