Springfield Park Apartments

I have lived here for two and a half years since they opened and I cannot say it too much that the manager does an excellent job. The same goes for the maintenance guy. I never have any problems and it's a very peaceful neighborhood. If I do have an issue they take care of it right away. It's a great place to live.

Best affordable apartments in Jacksonville. Out in Southwest. And now with the bus stop it doesn’t feel so isolated. You’re lucky to get a place here.

Great community with amenities that are geared toward families, as well as those that are seeking independence and needing a starter home. Close enough to business centers in and around Jacksonville. This place filled up fast, but next door is another complex being built, which is going to be just as nice!

This place will give your information out to whom ever they want instead of dealing with the person that filled out the paperwork to get an apartment. The lady in the office Lauren gave my information to a maintenance worker that I have problems with.
