Lived there for almost 2 years. Our dishwasher broke in the first year and I put in SO many requests but they never replaced it. It was still broken when we moved out. There is a huge trash problem around the property. People would leave bags everywhere. The compactor area was always full of trash and smelled horrible. Nobody picks up after their dogs. I kept getting parking violation stickers on my car window even though I had a pass. Like 10+ times I had a giant sticker that was difficult to remove. Office people were no help. We were always polite with everybody in the office, but they weren’t very friendly. Maintenance guys were very nice though! Now to my biggest problem. They have not returned my deposit even though we left the place cleaner than we found it. I have called and emaile
I’m a current resident in the process of moving. When I first moved in, the bedroom didn’t have a light bulb and the kitchen lights keep flickering. Also the apartment was not cleaned prior to moving in as a couple toys were left and dirty floors. This place has potential. If the tenants were held accountable for trash/garbage/damages this place would completely turn around. Kids are not supervised. They throw garbage everywhere and pull apart the property with no consequences. Random bikes left in parking spots. I’ve almost had a kid hit me with his scooter while walking on the sidewalk. I honestly wish I could rate lower than 1, I highly highly recommend you dont even tour this place let alone hand them a penny of your "refundable holding fee". I paid this to them 12/26 and was denied the very next day, and still have not gotten my money back. I have called, left messages, been told their accountant is looking into things.. I cannot believe the level of disregard and unprofessional BS i have put up with from these office ladies. They are all so incredibly rude and unhelpful, they will screen your calls and do whatever they can to avoid confrontation r accountability after screwing up. I am a former resident, and my experience at these apartments was awful. The units are in terrible condition — plumbing is constantly clogged, and most appliances are broken or barely functioning. You are charged $50/month for using the washer and dryer, but they don’t work properly, and management does nothing when you complain. The property is only cleaned once during the summer. There’s a constant trash problem, leading to a horrible smell around the buildings. If you live on the ground floor, you’ll likely have cockroaches in your apartment. Other tenants often drink alcohol around the pool, and management turns a blind eye. There is black mold in the walls, which seriously affected my health. Terrible Experience, Do Not Recommend. We applied for an apartment at Springfield Meadows around March 1st and were told it would only take two weeks to move in if we submitted everything swiftly—which we did. Instead, it took over a month with zero communication. My girlfriend and I called over 100 times and were completely ignored, they answered barely any of our calls. We had to use *67 to hide our numbers so they would answer. No updates on whether we were even approved after an entire month. Not normal. When we asked for a refund due to the delay and lack of response, they said it would take 24–48 hours. It took over 3 months to get our money back.
