Springcreek Village

A friend previously lived here. I could not enter due to severe mold sensitivity and a history of anaphylaxis. They later experienced health issues they attribute to mold exposure. Management issued repeated eviction threats, even during periods when rent was paid. The tenant is disabled, and the pressure was significant. The unit also had persistent pest issues. Prospective renters should research the address carefully. There have been nationally reported violent incidents at or directly adjacent to this complex, including the fatal shooting of a teenager near the mailboxes. Review public crime reports and visit the area at different times of day. Maintenance was a recurring issue; during my friend’s tenancy, it appeared there was only one maintenance worker handling most requests. T

Very nice area to live with many options for shopping and dinning all in the area

A lot of drug use and domestic violence calls to the police during the months I lived there. Grounds are well kept, but some tenants are nuisances, and tacky. Traffic is also terrible in this area.

I went to visit a friend, the potholes are horrible, I know the tenants have to be tired swearing around them, as soon as you turned in the apartment there is a pothole, lights don’t light up at night, first time I visit, I kept passing the sign due to it being dark

Great neighborhood but parking needs to be better maintained and managed
