Spring View Apartments

We lived at Spring View Apartments for a year, and our experience was truly wonderful. Even though we had to move out because we relocated to another state, we still think very fondly of this place. The staff at Spring View are incredibly kind and professional — especially Kathleen and Julie, who made us feel right at home from day one. She treats residents like family and genuinely cares about everyone’s comfort and happiness. Whenever we had any issues, she went out of her way to help and make sure things were handled. The maintenance team and office staff were also fantastic — always friendly, quick to respond, and very respectful. Ali is amazing person. After 40 yrs living out of state, I moved back to Allentown to be near family and friends. A friend suggested I check out Spring View Apartments and I'm so glad I did. I've lived here a year now and have enjoyed it so much. From the management team to the maintenance crew, from the absolutely wonderful amenities and respectful neighbors , I cannot imagine living elsewhere. The only downside is I can't give this review 10 stars ! Do check out Spring View. You really won't regret it.

I had a great experience living in this apartment condo for 2 years. My landlord was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond on multiple occasions — it made a huge difference knowing I could always count on them. The building itself is peaceful and well-maintained. I never had any issues with neighbors; everyone was quiet and respectful. The gym is also a standout — high quality equipment and never too crowded. On top of that, the location is super convenient, with everything I needed close by. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Spring View Apartments! After going through a major life transition, my son and I found a true sanctuary here. We called Spring View home for nearly three years, and during that time, it became so much more than just a place to live. It was a safe, beautiful, and uplifting space where we could heal and grow. The apartments are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully maintained. The community is peaceful and beautifully kept, and the clubhouse is an incredible bonus (large, spotless, and perfect for hosting special events). I am happy to share my experience here. I have maintained an apartment in Allentown for work purposes as I commuted to Allentown Weekly for the last 6+ years. The experience was great starting with the first encounter, when we were looking for a place in 2018. While all of the other complexes we visited pushed for an answer that day, stating "prices could go up tomorrow" Spring View gave us time to think about our choices. The two Bedroom apartment is very nice, spacious and got a ton of light. HVAC system was independent so we could control our own environment. Gas and water is separately metered and added to your monthly rent, and was very reasonable. Electric is direct billed.
