As I pulled up I'm loving the vibes I'm feeling cause I'm looking at the Men in Blue Representing Roswell Finest Already Feeling Safer , As I Enter The Establishment The Warmth Of Home Surrounds Me And The Property Manager Made Me Feel Like I Already Lived There As We Entered The Apartment There Were No Bad Smells The Place Looked Incredible, The Kitchen Was A Bit Tight But Was amAfter Loosing The Home In The Flood And Being Displaced For The Last 17 Months Come The 17th It Was Like Walking From The Nightmare To A Dream Come True Thank You For Our R transformation

After the flood in Roswell, NM, last year we lost our house and needed a place to stay. Spring River Apartments took us in and we were so greatful. It's now being almost a year of luxury leaving. Thanks again for taking us in in the hour of need! We renewed our lease with no problems and a little help from the Apartment manager, who took great care of our position as flood survivors. Ernesto did a fantastic job of fixing our front door! It has never worked better!! 😀 And Angel did such a great job of checking out our heating unit! They were both so nice and helpful and took care of everything we needed.

I'm looking to move soon, need a bit more space. Also figured if I have to pay more I want more real amenities. Apartment is nice, lots of cabinet space. Bedroom is decent size if you don't have a giant bed. The bathroom is decent & clean. I was shocked though when I found out the upstairs & downstairs apartments are priced differently. Upstairs is 710.00 down is 900.00 ? I'd never experienced this before? Manager was helpful, pleasant and professional . I would love there if I could afford it.

Living at Spring River Apartments has been such a wonderful life experience. Excellent maintenance, Management, Office and support staff are always helpful and courteous. I have lived here and hoped to be here for the rest of my life!
