I want to say that the new Mgr Nayeli and Melanie are going above and beyond. I have never had such quick maintenance and call backs as fast as they have been. This is the first time in this year 2025 we have such good response from the office. Thank you so much 💓

I want to thank the office staff Amanda and Ruth have helped me since day one. Such a beautiful and welcoming atmosphwre. Thank you ladres. Love my new home.

My vehicle was stolen, gates are always wide open! One bedroom apartment is $1600 plus $25 parking lot each month. JUST SAD. It's more faster for you to respond to a review than to answer the office phone!!! I gave you guys SEVERAL CALLS YET NOT ONE WAS ANSWER.

I currently live here and I hate it Roaches no matter how clean I am, maintenance is not stable so I have work orders backed up nothings getting fixed in a timely matter. Damage from the hurricane still not fixed. No hot water going on 2 weeks. Gates are constantly stuck open. Have a leak over the toilet for over 2mths still hasnt been fixed, cant flush the toilet unless I stick my hand in fhe back of the toilet.I could go on and on. Unfortunately due to my situation I have to resign the lease or else I would leave. Don't do it unless you have no other option. Office staff is fairly nice but poor management skills.

If I could give it zero stars I would, last month I payed my rent on the 10th because they didnt upload my renewed contract. They charging me $1,800 when I never used to pay that. This month is the same, my contract still hasnt been uploaded and now I am getting charged $2,000 I called and they were "fixing it" they brought it down to $1,739 and they told me I had late fee charges from the previous month! How??? If I spoke to the manager and she said she had fixed the issue. I am not about to pay that excessive amount. I called and was placed on hold for over 40 min for them to hang up on me, I've called them 40 TIMES and no answer. I shouldn't be calling them for me to be able to pay my rent on time. This is RIDICULOUS!! Very unprofessional and unorganized!
