Spring Lake Apartments

I am a current resident at Spring Lake Apartments. I have been here for 2 years. This year the complex got a new manager and she has been absolutely terrible. Every single time you call the office it goes to voicemail , even though they’re open … they just put in new washers & dryers yet for over a month the dryers did not work and NO one reached out , responded to my emails or our maitnence requests. To this day no one ever to this day has called me back. This apartment is nice , but I am moving out at the end of the lease. Spring lake has definitely gone down hill and I don’t doubt it will get worse. I pay almost $2,500 a month for no one to ever get back to me about any issues I have had. In the time we have lived here, the managers have been wonderful! They assure expectations are met and they have been exceeded. The managers are always helpful, kind and understanding in many ways but most importantly their admirable "patience" and consideration in problem solving to the max. This community environment is extremely well kept and peaceful. Location is close to shopping centers, restaurants, transportation, and schools. It offers amenities that most communities do not. In short, we feel lucky to have found these fine accommodations in the heart of the wine country. We

I read the reviews and they are correct I was interested in checking out the available units but I been trying for a week to get a hold of anyone there , no one has ever return my calls no one has ever answer my calls no email no txt nothing very unprofessional I'm fact this apartment complex doesn't deserve one star , now I understand when the resident there can't even get a hold of anyone at the office, that's bad business

My husband and I and our son moved here about 5 months ago. We’ve been living in big cities and Santa Rosa in general and this apartment is exactly the suburban living we’ve been needing! I love our apartment so much!! We are in a 2 bed 2 bath townhouse and we couldn’t be happier. It’s completely updated which I love. My favorite part is the kitchen as I love to cook. The backyard has been an added bonus as our son and our dog love being out there. I love being across the street from the park and all the nature trails. I also love how close we are to our son’s school and the neighborhood is amazing for walks and just so calming when you want fresh air. As a tenant for more than 3 years, with the recent change in owners, the management has gotten worse. The green areas are constantly dirty, finding glass bottles and trash overflowing. The laundry rooms are still dirty. The “gym” is a small room where only 2 people fit. The pool is not taken care of either, we have never used it in our time here. I placed a maintenance request for a light fixture being replaced but it keeps getting marked, when it is clearly still out. Mind you, there are no security cameras, so we rely on that light to feel safe when people come digging through the trash at night. The patio fences are falling apart from rotten wood. But wait, that may be your fault. We keep hearing “we’re trying to replace it soon” for more than a year. This is a “luxury” unit. The rental
