Spring Lake Apartments

I’ve lived here for approximately 6 months, and not only is Alanna the kindest (and most reasonable) landlord/property manager, but the apartments are all expertly refinished on the inside. Grounds are gorgeous and kept very neat and clean, and neighbors are kind. Rent prices in this market are more than reasonable for such a nice place to live. Please check this place out if you’re looking to move to Cleveland!

I moved in on 1/29/26 and moved OUT on 1/30/2026! My children and I were not even settled for a full 24hrs before my children were bit by bed bugs and bed bugs were found. The property knew the condition of this unit prior to me leasing, however they did not disclose the possibility of bed bugs. Even the neighbors knew the unit had bed bugs: One neighbor asked if we were moving and I said yes and the reply was “There’s be bugs huh…” well yes actually there is. I will say they have an honest maintenance man because he was honest with me that the unit had been treated for bed bugs TWICE prior to me moving in and they even let it “sit” for a while. I was given a full refund on my deposit and first months rent, however that doesn’t make up for this major inconvenience my family is now facing,

I've lived here for over 2 years. I used to to have issues with the old management company as they seemed shady. I'm very content now since this other company took over. The manager Alanna is very nice and respectful. When things need to be tended to, she gets the job done. I'm happy to be part of this apartment community. I'll live here for a long time now.

I came in to inquire information about these apartments and was greeted by the manager Alanna. She was super nice and very patient with me and my thousand questions You can definitely tell she cares for the tenants. I’m definitely considering making Spring Lake my home!

I have lived here for many years and stayed through several ups and downs and changes. I have no complaints with the newest property manager as she has been kind, prompt to answer and work any issues out the best she can. I can tell she cares about the community here!
