Spring Glen Apartments

I’ve lived here for about 4½ years, and moving in was very quick and easy—which I honestly didn’t mind at all. Apartment living is different from owning a house, but my husband and I have truly enjoyed living here. We are grateful for how this apartment has treated us and truly feel blessed to have had no major issues. The community is friendly and very diverse, and we’ve never had problems with neighbors. Maintenance has been great—especially Ian. He genuinely cares, responds quickly, and makes sure the job is done right. The apartments are older, but management has been making upgrades little by little, which shows they’re trying to improve the property. I’ve lived here for a while now, and I honestly think some people forget that no apartment is perfect, but this one has so many positives that far outweigh any small inconveniences. First of all, the application process was incredibly quick and easy. I was approved the same day I applied, which made my move-in so much less stressful compared to other complexes with long wait times. The community is diverse and welcoming, you meet all kinds of people, which makes it feel vibrant and alive. I’ve personally had no major pest issues, and when routine pest control comes by, it’s free preventive care that most places don’t offer on a regular schedule. DO NOT LIVE HERE! Any other apartment in the area is better than this dreaded place. They take literally anyone in so you will get approved within 30 minutes of applying BUT dealing with the place is so much worse... there are cockroaches all over the complex no matter how much they have pest control come spray every week. They just let one of their pools turn green and don't do anything about it to clean it and it is drawing more bugs and bacteria to be here. There are TONS of flies that come into all the windows if you leave them open the screens all have holes in them. Our neighbor is an ex criminal and bangs on our walls all day long and have their apartment on one side and storage on the other. They will have you park next to the people you live next to which doesn't make it better. T
