Spring Creek Management

I am a tenant at 457 4th st. Idaho Falls ID. I have been living in a state of terror and hostility for over the year that we have been leased at this address. At our address we share a house (bottom and upper floors) with other tenants. These tenants have harassed us and bullied us for our entire 12 month lease. Each month we have sent emails and sometimes pictures with our rent ($1000 a month plus utilities) with no response and seemingly with no care. As long as they got their rent they didn't care what the habitat was. There were SEVERAL maintenance issues when we moved in and it was like breaking bones to get them to address them. They really like to delete and renew their page to run from reviews, which should say a lot. I rented from 2022/2023 in one of their Menan units. They did immediately get us into a home, which I was thankful for. When I walked into move in, I immediately noticed the unit was uncleaned. How do I know this? the entire home was full of dog and cat poop. Literally the entire unit. We had to call them and get someone out to clean the top half while we cleaned the bottom. Very unprofessional and disgusting. What I also didn't expect, was virtually no repairs. This company is FANTASTIC!!!! I rented from them for almost 5-6 years!!! If you are responsible, take care of your unit, and honest with them. They are one of the most understanding agencies out there. They are so polite and they work with you in hard times! I am grateful for this company and I truly believe they keep their tenets best interest in mind!!

I got an apartment sight unseen. I was going off the photos that they had put on the apartment listing. Everything seemed decent. I filled out an application and moved in. Nothing was as described. Carpet had lots of rips and awful patch jobs, blinds were laying on the floor, none of the appliances worked, and it was an overall disaster. The place stunk like dog piss. I then had to spend the next 6 hours deep cleaning and sucking someone else’s dog pee out of our flooring before we could bring anything in. After we finally got settled in they were horrible with responding to maintenance requests and whenever they came over to fix something they would always leave it worse than before. My personal opinion they charge way too.mich money. I have a 2 bdrm basement apt.. it was bedbug infested when me and my elderly mother (for whom I'm her care giver)and one of the bedrooms has no windows and is a fire hazzard due to the fact that the room was made by Taking ¾ of the living room away and there's no windows in the "bedroom" it has a laundry room here on site but the hot water doesn't work on the washer and the dryer.barely gets warm on high temp and it's 800 square ft for $1000.00 a month
