Spring Creek Gardens

I moved here in 2019 it was good the first two years, now it’s out of control. The young kids hangout and smoke in the mailroom and the laundry room. Summer nights they play loud music until 2am or 4am. They patch work jobs for temporary problems never fix the root of things. My bathroom looks horrible from the water damage from the rain and it’s been like that for over a year and a half. Wish I could share photos of my bathroom. Two positive things I can say about this place is I have no mice or roaches and the heat is good. I definitely want to move from here plus walking up 4 flights with groceries is the worse 😩

I came to visit my friend the security didn’t allow me use bathroom,He was like you cant use bathroom..I beg him but not i hope he never been thru this ever.so,i drive to home 1 hour. What an awful security 😳

This is one of the best place to live. I have been living here for 7 years now. No complaints at all.The rent is very affordable. It's very quiet in the winter months however during the summer month it can be a little noisy. The maintenance guys keep the place very clean. The staffs are very friendly and respectful. Great heat in the winter month. There's also a laundromat on the premises it's very clean and affordable. Since I am living here I have no roaches no rats or mice because we have an exterminator that comes in every month to make sure there is no pest or rodents in the apartments. Spring creek is one of the best when I first moved here in the summer and on the weekends it was a little noise but it’s very calm they have amazing events that are so fun. The only thing is sometimes they get the mail mixed up.other than that me and my family love it here.

This is not a good fit for anyone. Management changes randomly. Nothing get fixed they put off all work orders. The Management office is not in order in which they dnt know rent statements issues then want to over charge tenants and take tenants to court on their mistakes. Roaches mice and no security for complex and rooftops. Not a good look if u have a family or want a good place to live.
