DO NOT RENT! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I have resided here for years and watched this property go from a beautiful hidden gem to dealing with dilapidated property conditions. If you reside in a downstairs unit, every winter your home will become inundated with ANTS! Maintenance requests are NOT rectified in a timely manner and you will have to make several repeated attempts to get things fixed. The lights in my kitchen were out for 6 months before they were replaced. I have resided in 3 different units in this complex and have dealt with bats in the roof, an annual ant problem in the home or your vehicle and stray cats. I’m a resident here at the links apartments in Columbus ga. As of 7/5/25 my air went completely out. Since this date I have reached out to the emergency hotline that the apartment offers to only get no response. I have left 3-4 voicemails to the office pertaining my issue. With the weather being 85 and up this is considered an emergency. On 7/7/25 I was told that the issue would be handled. I saw on my ring camera that maintenance had came while I was away, but on my return home nothing was resolved. My air was still not working. As of 7/8/25 I still have no air in my home. Not even a portable unit. Even with box fans around my home it is still reading 86 degrees in my home. When are yall going to pay the water bill? - Columbus water works has notified tenants the bill has not been paid in months and the tenants will soon lose water! - trash wasn’t picked up for months it was literally a waste land there -grass was not cut for months -pest control bill was not paid and pest control service has been cut off This place is having some serious financial issues and the tenants are suffering from it!!!

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother. The management is completely numb to responding promptly to noise complaints. My mother and I have sent numerous emails and letters to management about severe noise complaints. No one has called or responded to any of our emails, calls, and letters thus far. I completely understand how corporations work but the focus needs to being on treating tenants fairly and promptly responding to noise complaints.
