Spring Chase Apts.

My Husband and I lived here for 2 years. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. They were always willing to help when needed. The apartments were sprayed inside every other month for bugs and outside the opposite months. We never had any issues with anything like bugs, mold, etc. Both of the pools were well kept, the workout room was nice, & they offer a laundry room and computer room for those who needed them. The property is well kept and the gates are kept closed except during business hours to keep non residents out. We always felt safe and never had any issues. We had no problems when moving out either, they were extremely nice and worked with us. Great apartments, especially for the price!

The apartments of spring chase is a fraud. I moved into the apartment with damaged floors mold on top of my second bedroom and bathroom doors. leaking toilet let’s just say the damages aren’t fixed like they charge from the deposit to fix! The manager Christie sent me incorrect photos of my apartment that I was scrubbing on my hands and knees, to follow their to do list of cleaning ! She Found anyway possible to not give the deposit back! I brought it to her attention that she sent the wrong photos and she is now ignoring my email! If you’re hoping to get a deposit back don’t waste your time with this place! My apartment received roaches and wolf spiders even after the pest control! The only people I’d give a five star rating to is Ansley and the maintenance people for being amazing , they

It was a good place. There were bugs they don’t show until you move in but other residents have complained. The rent is cheap compared to other places and (it was overall great.) However, they only came in to spray once and (lied about spraying monthly.) This could be different from some units but the (L building was pretty bad about bugs). Also some of the washer and dryers were broken most of the time. ( they didn’t bother leaving a out of order note even after we called) If you can get over the potential bugs I’d say this place was great 👍 we just ended up getting our own washer, dryer, and bug supplies. Oh and they have a cleaning and pet carpet cleaning fee that’s a few hundred.

Anslee is super amazing and sweet! She and the other Assistant managers were apart of the best parts of my experience living in spring chase! Mr. Greg is one of the best maintenance men I’ve ever experienced and the rest were respectful and sweet! The manager could use a few tips on customer service, but she wasn’t as bad as some mentioned below, in MY experience! I didn’t have any real issues with anything while living here and it was a quiet neighborhood minus the busy street it’s on! The only thing I would say I didn’t agree with is the cleaning fee charged from my deposit given I cleaned the apartment from top to bottom when I left (except forgetting to sweep the little utility closet.) other than that I’d recommend especially if you don’t require much! I really admired the community and the neighborhood I lived at for 2 years. Great staff and maintenance team that can fix any problem.
