Spring Brook Apartments

Overall I enjoyed living at Spring Brook (moving out now after living here for 1 year). The office staff are super nice and helpful and maintenance requests were always completed in a timely manner (1 or 2 days after the request was put in). The pool and rec areas are also pretty nice, though I did not use them often. The biggest downside of living here was the condition of the apartments. The kitchen drawers were constantly falling off of their ramps (maintenance did nothing about it) and the closet doors would slide out of position too often. Also the walls are pretty thin so I could hear my neighbors more than I wanted too. I'd recommend living here as long as you don't have super high expectations for the living space itself.

Rented back in 2016 when we were left scrambling to find a place to live when we were relocating from the upper peninsula due to new jobs. Spring Brook was the only place that accommodated to the pickle we were in. My husband and I basically had 2 weeks to pack, apartment hunt, and move, because of this it was very hard for us to drive 7 hours to apartment hunt and the amount of places at the time that wanted you to physically see the place before even letting you apply is crazy! They worked with us and and we’re super understanding and kind along the way. We enjoyed the place a lot! It was nice having a balcony, dishwasher, washer and dryer inside the apartment.

We've been living at Spring Brook for almost two years and it's been such a great experience. We enjoy the location (very green and surrounded by mature trees), the beautiful flower beds during warmer months, the pool, the community BBQ area, and how quiet it is. We also really appreciate how responsive the maintenance team is (shout out to Jim & Francis), always following up with requests in a timely manner and very helpful in addressing any issues that arise. For example, we recently began having issues with our washing machine and after a replacement part didn't do the trick, a brand new one was installed. Everyone who works here is super friendly and we are happy to call Spring Brook home.

I lived at Springbrook for about 9 months, until I found a house I purchased. The flexibility of the lease agreement and ability to have my dog were both great for my situation. The office and maintenance staff were wonderful! It was typically a simple process to put in a maintenance request and have it be responded to. I had some "minor requests," such as having the gas to the fireplace shut off as I didn't like the noise when not in use, and it was completed within a day. The office staff were very professional, friendly, and responsive. They seemed to know many of the residence there and held various resident appreciation events. Granted, the condo unit I was in was dated, however, it was cozy and everything worked. I would be comfortable living there again.

Although I am employed by AMP residential and am the Maintenance Supervisor here, I am still a "Resident" first and foremost. I have been living here going on 4 years and am very happy and satisfied. Over this span I have seen steady improvements to the complex. Although the staff has changed over time, the current Manager Lindsey and Leaser Skylar always have gone above and beyond to make my stay here as pleasant and accommodating as possible. True, Spring Brook is an older complex, but it is still unique with its scenery and coziness. If you want that fancy "Magazine Apartment"......keep moving on down the road. But, if you want a friendly, cozy "Feel like Home" place to live.....I highly recommend Spring Brook. Remember, where you live is what you make it. Oh, and the pool is a
