Spring Branch Apartments

Do not live here. Not only were the neighbors rude, combative, and domestically violent towards each other, since the day we had moved in, our place stunk of old cigarettes (regardless of carpet removal) until the day we moved out. They will keep your deposit and have you pay an extra $300+ to "clean" and "renovate" for new tenants. THEY WON'T GO CHEAP EITHER ON JUST BLINDS ALONE. The fact that we were great tenants and treated this way baffles me. Don't even take a chance on this place.

If you don't mind the drug raids every few months or having to take your kids to Kerr ave. so they can go to school . Oh yeah you can't have BBQ or lighters and if you don't mind invasion of privacy when they're in your unit they go through your closets and drawers and leaving your door unlocked.or Maybe that's just me. Oh she refusing to give you corporate number and it's not posted anywhere on the grounds.

For the cost these apartments are a great deal. They have been renovated and the staff maintain the property as they should. Honestly it's quiet and the location is great truth be told. I would recommend these to anyone looking to pay less than $1000 in rent monthly

Not a luxury apartment but is great for where it's located and for how quiet it is. The neighbors seem nice and respectful. The apartment complex is in the middle of Wilmington which is fantastic. The ground floor apartments have handicap access.

I have called 5 to 10 times NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE. So I went there to talk to someone about possibly moving in and the sign on the door said NOBODY will be in the office for almost 2 weeks. It said that someone would be back on the 28th. Again I have called at least 5 more times throughout today and again no answer. This place must be rolling in money to lose business by not being in the office or answering the phone. If I can't get a hold of them, imagine how hard it is for the tenants. I give up on this place and will not call again!
