I lived at Spoke for three years, and it was truly one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had especially being new to Atlanta. Spoke was the very first place I moved to that genuinely felt like home. The community is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, and while no apartment complex is perfect, Spoke has always made sure their residents feel safe and supported. Anytime I had a concern, the team handled it with care and professionalism. The only reason my partner and I decided to move is because we needed a bigger space. If we ever return to apartment living, Spoke will be the first place we look. I’d recommend this community to anyone searching for a comfortable, friendly, and reliable place to live in Atlanta.

We moved into Spoke a few months ago and love it here. The location is perfect—MARTA at the door, BeltLine just down the street. The building still feels new, with a cool lobby design and great amenities (pool, gym, sky lounge, game room). But the best part is the management team, especially Amanda. She’s kind, charming, and genuinely cares about residents—while keeping everything super organized. In a big building, that personal touch makes all the difference.

I want to thank the maintenance man Zacarius for coming so quickly to repair my bathroom lite. He was friendly and courteous. He definitely is an asset to the Spoke team. Good job!!

I had a lot of issues in the beginning, especially with previous management, but ever since Ricky joined the leasing office team, things have gotten so much better! He takes care of problems quickly and easily. The complex is in a good location, and neighbors are friendly :) Cons: TERRIBLE communication between leasing office staff, maintenance, and residents.
