I am writing to share concerns about the professional conduct of one of your VP, Matt Burchill. There have been instances where interactions with staff and families have been perceived as dismissive and intimidating. These behaviors have caused discomfort for those involved and, in some cases, have led clients and community members to reconsider their association. Even in public and events he treats people poorly. I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be reviewed internally, as maintaining a respectful and professional reputation within the community is important to all parties involved.

Gretchen and the whole TitleOne Team were amazing to work with. They were on top of all communication and were very through making sure all my clients questions were answered. I look forward to working together again in the future.

The staff here could not have been more accommodating or more helpful! I will definitely use them again!

Try to avoid them if possible. Super old school. Communication is lacking and it always feels like they genuinely don’t care. We were forced to use them multiple times and to date we haven’t had one positive experience. They aren’t the worst though but they are not the best by far.

It was my first time selling a home by owner. This place was absolutely amazing to work with and more than willing to answer questions. Locally owned and a bit cheaper than the other title companies in the area. If I was in a position of buying or selling a home in this area again, I wouldn't hesitate about using Spokane Title Company again.
