My experience with this company has been less than pleasant from the start. This has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Upon moving into the home, I discovered a significant large gash in the bathtub that rendered it unusable for weeks. Despite bringing this issue to the company's attention, I was simply told to use the other bathrooms in the house. This lack of urgency and care for a basic necessity like bathing is unacceptable. Furthermore, the way this situation was handled made me feel like my concerns were not taken seriously. It is troubling to think that a rental company would ignore such a crucial issue and dismiss it with such indifference.
