I highly recommend Kevin Spivey and his group. Kevin’s customer service is spot-on. My questions were always answered swiftly and with all the information I needed. My project required buying land in, or near, Ocean Shores, WA. I needed property that I could build a small house to live in part of the year and short-term rent the other months. Bonus: Kevin also has a construction crew. Give them a call- you won’t be disappointed.
