Great location and a pretty nice complex. Boys and girls club on property so great for the kids. The Property management team and maintenance team are top notch and always support the residents needs.

The negative comments about management are spot on. Parking spots are a joke, so many empty staff spots yet there's only a few staff working in the office. New management doesn't know what respect or empathy is. The manager here gets off on banging on doors and screaming at people to move their car etc. Simple requests yet she threatens you and makes you feel like you are less than human. They don't care about tenants here. I don't know how the manager hasn't been fired yet nor any action has been taken to address tenant mistreatment and concerns.

From the parking lot the complex looks clean. No graffiti walls. No one panhandling out front. On my way to the front office. Once we're settled in I'll update the Manor's ambiance. 2023. New yr. New joint 🥳

If i could give 0 stars I would. The new management does'nt care to really help the residents. Trash is always overflowing. Put in a work order and it takes months for anyone to come by or even respond and most of the time they have the wrong work order. It took over 3 months to get our tub unclogged. Maintenance is a pain to deal with. There are literally like 8 visitor parking spots in the entire complex meanwhile theres parking for office employees and you get a notice on your car if you park there which is ridiculous because the office workers dont even live here! So there are spots no one can use without being threatened and every other spot is reserved for the tenants. If your visiting or having someone visit...good luck finding a parking spot. We were forced to have our water spouts
