Spirit Realty seems like a place that wishes to help people but will not. The agent Mr. McDaniel was polite enough. Due to not leaving a lease, I was denied for rentals. I was explained that this is because eviction holds were lifted, that people have been lying about their renter’s history. It can be proven through background checks that I have not had an eviction on my history, the broker decided flat out that she would not even consider nor do her due diligence to see if I was a good renter. Obviously, I should’ve read the reviews before I looked into the company.

I’ve dealt with other property management companies who gave me the runaround, or failed to address significant concerns, like a broken AC. Not so with Spirit. They are exceptional, owner and staff alike. They care about solving any issues that arise. They even go above and beyond, helping me obtain my mail when I was no longer one of their tenants. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent with them again in the future if the need and opportunity arose. If you are looking to rent and want surety that the property manager is outstanding and trustworthy, look no further than Spirit Realty.

Jacoby is very helpful, warm and always available to answer any questions or concerns I had about the unit I recently rented. Before move in he made sure the issues were corrected we did a walk through. So far I give all fives to Spirit Realty even when I called about issues that needed attention once I moved in Jacoby was on it. They got their contractors on it the same day. Oh I love the beautiful property I’m currently renting really nice, quite and spacious.

I wish I could rate this realty a 0 star rating. First of all, every time there were a problem with the house we rented we had to put a order in for maintenance via phone call to the realtor but the actual owner came out to fix the problem. Which is weird because when we asked him while he was at the house fixing a problem we asked him about another problem while he was there and he referred us to ask his realtor about it and not him. CRAZY!! You own the place dude. So once he fixed the problem he did a half a** job because my husband use to work in construction and already knew how it was suppose to be fixed. (Mind you this issue was not for us the tenants to fix because this issue was an issue that happened the first few days of the first week we were in the home. A issue they probably h

So I know with all this Covid-19 pandemic the job of a realty company is pretty tough. I just want to say what an amazing job this folks had done for me! My house in Pensacola got flooded out from SALLY. My lease was up this month and had to be out. They found me the perfect home that I hope will be in for a long time. Jacobbi is a great listener and really know how to do good follow up. Great people thank you. I will be sending you a lot of people. Phil
