I just visited my hometown. Some friends have a holiday retail space for a few months. The mall is EMPTY. Dark, dingey, dirty with little if any good stores. It offers nothing exciting. It was a wonderful vibrant place to shop loaded with a myriad of great retailers and restaurants. Colorful and welcoming. This seems to have stopped. Even the retail vendors complain about the lack of service and upkeep. I didn't know that malls were run by slumlords.

Absolutely the worst ever! If I could leave zero stars, that would still be better than they deserve. They don’t communicate, they don’t fix anything (apparently It is the person renting the store in the malls responsibility to take care of all maintenance pertaining to the mall, including air conditioner problems, roof problems, Gate/Door problems if it occurs in your store! Who in their right mind is going to pay to fix a roof, replace an AC or anything else in a store that you rent within a mall!!! Insane! They ignore phone calls, texts, emails an any other attempt at communication. Let’s not even talk about the people they have in management within them malls themselves. Our local mall management is the worst. They are rude, unavailable, and basically nonexistent unless they need to wr

Spinoso Real Estate Group’s management of The Outlet Collection in Auburn WA is a complete disaster. The B entrance has had no working doors for ages, and there are no accessible entrances for employees anywhere in the mall… completely unacceptable in 2025. On top of that, the air conditioning has been broken since 2023 with no plans to repair it. This is not just neglect, it’s blatant disregard for the comfort, safety, and accessibility of workers and shoppers alike. They clearly care more about cutting costs and squeezing every penny than maintaining a safe, functional, and inclusive environment. Awful, greedy people who shouldn’t be trusted to run a lemonade stand, let alone a shopping center.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but my visit to the Outlet Collection Seattle (run by Spinoso Real Estate Group) was so bad that I feel like I have to warn others. Spinoso took over management in late 2024, but the mall has only gone downhill. The place is falling apart. Buckets are scattered through the walkways catching water from ceiling leaks. Out of an entire million-square-foot building, only one restroom was open. Doors don’t have ADA push-buttons, so anyone with mobility issues has to wrestle the non-broken doors open. And the air conditioning? Nonexistent. It was over 90°F outside and just as hot inside. Shops had fans running and doors propped open, but it still felt suffocating. Spinoso likes to talk about “excellence,” but what I saw was neglect. The mall’s owners announced mill

The owners of Cottonwood Mall, Spinosa Realty Company, should be ashamed. This place has NO AIR CONDITIONING — in the middle of summer — and apparently zero plans to fix it. It’s been like this for who knows how long, and the management acts like it’s not a big deal. Shoppers and employees are left to suffer in sweltering heat, and the only thing hotter than the building is the anger of everyone who steps inside. The owners clearly don’t care — this place is run by slumlords, plain and simple. They’re more interested in collecting rent than investing a single dime into maintaining a safe, comfortable environment. Avoid this dump unless you enjoy sweating through your clothes and feeling like you’ve walked into a forgotten relic from the 90s. Syracuse deserves better — the tenants deserve
