Spinnaker Reach Apartments

I’m a retired Fire Chief and a longtime resident of the community behind Spinnaker Reach. Over the years, we’ve seen both the good and the bad, but recently, during our HOA meeting, several of us commented on how clean and well-kept the property has become. We also noticed that the children are no longer damaging the fence, which is a big improvement. We decided to stop by and personally thank the manager for the positive turnaround we’re seeing — and to our surprise, it was Sheree from Zone 2! She’s an incredibly hardworking lady, dedicated from sunup to sundown. We’re truly grateful to have such a committed person helping our community thrive, and we hope Spinnaker Reach continues to grow under her leadership.

Torrey Is such a great worker and fixed things fast plus communicates very well. He has fixed two things in my apartment and it was such a great experience. Thank you.

I lived here with my wife from 1996-2000 in a 3rd floor 2/2 unit that had never been rented before us. SO many years ago but great apartment complex. This review would no longer be relevant but wanted to post anyway.

Great office staff, they was able to answer all my questions, and very helpful with making sure I knew when a apartment would be available for move in.

I have been living here for the past three years. Staff at office is efficient and courteous. The apartments are very roomy with lots of closet space. I have never experienced any problems with security and I feel very safe. The rent is very affordable. I'm really happy here.
