I thought the transition from one unit in the building to another would be ok. But it was the worst experience of my life. I signed the lease and it took them almost three days to counter sign it back me, resulting in them having to give me money back. When I moved into the unit, it wasn’t ready, and they tried to hide behind the “last day of the month move out and first day of the month move in,” which was not the case, the previous family moved out almost a month beforehand.
