Property Owner Beware: In approximately late June or early July of 2025, I signed a contract with this company because I was under the impression that this company was the best of the best. I chose their highest plan at 12% which I believed (by means of their salesperson) to be the most beneficial. He introduced me to Jessica and I was told that my property would need several thousands of dollars worth of work to paint and do other small repairs to my property to give it the appeal to renters that they were allegedly "looking for." I was then charged for cleaning, and a multitude of other things (without my consent) totaling an additional approximate $1000 that the company is now threatening to sue me over.
