I put in a request for missing parts for the fridge at the start of the lease. I was told they would bring a new fridge since the fridge I have is no longer being made. I put in a request for no hot water. The maintenance man and a 3rd party vendor checked it out, the 3rd party vendor said that there is not enough water heaters to provide heat to all units at the complex. The work order for there being no hot water was completed without actually being fixed. Winter is approaching and hot water is a must!
MOVE IN AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! If you like peace and quiet, you will definitely hate living in that complex First off the noisy kids are the issue, there's music playing loudly people are loud on weekends and every once and a while you'll get some police action outside the parking lot or out by your unit. Secondly, the water temperature and water shutting off is constantly an issue. The water isn't hot and the water would be shut off for a good while. The majority of units are vacant which is a clear sign people don't stay for longer than a year unless they can't afford to move anywhere else. The place is only good for those who need to get back on their feet but long term for the amount they charge for a studio, it's not even worth it especially if you tolerating the constant noise and not
such a bad place they are so unprofessional, they said they were gonna be back at 12:40 claiming there was an accident that had happened at around3:00 pm making them “run late” i was waiting over an hour for them to physically be back inside their office. i moved out and they still charged my card and made me pay $1,400 dollars in rent a few days after moving out in august, its now november and they still have not gave me back my money. i was told several times that they would get back to me first thing with the manager the next day, but i never got a call.
I had the pleasure of meeting Gary today he is a new maintenance man. He was so professional and nice finish. The job looks beautiful and I couldn't be happier. Kudos to him for a great job done.
They were very polite and respectful with me and my friend who was with me and they answered all my questions about the apartments
