One communication with these people and that is all I can stomach. I read a previous review on this company saying they should not be called a management company as they are running a masters class on how not operate a management company as that is clearly correct. Front desk phone receptionist 10/10 nice. Outside of that you get rudeness, arrogance, long winded bs from the manager and just overall from a 5 minute conversation I had with one of the guys, I could tell you my god you better have a very high tolerance for just nonsense monkey business. Literally dropping the value of all the houses in the East Park neighborhood. With chatgpt these reviews thankfully mean a lot more. Good Luck anyone dealing with them.

I can’t say enough good things about our property manager, Becky! Living here has been wonderful thanks to her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for all the residents. Even when we had to deal with a particularly challenging neighbor situation, Becky handled everything with patience, fairness, and a calm approach that kept our family feeling safe and supported. Becky communicated clearly, followed up promptly, and made sure the issue didn’t disrupt the community. It’s rare to find someone who can balance firmness with kindness, but she does exactly that. Knowing we have a manager who truly advocates for our community gives me peace of mind.

We live in a small community of roughly 107 homes. Becky with Specialty Management Company is our Property Manager and she does an amazing job! Her knowledge of the community and its needs is exceptional. She has been very responsive any time I have contacted her regarding an issue, typically getting back to me within minutes. Becky is always looking at ways to improve the community and maintain our property values. We truly appreciate her work ethic and her joyful demeanor.

Our experience with Specialty Management Company has been deeply disappointing. For over two and a half years, my family has endured serious disruptions caused by renters operating what appears to be an unlicensed automotive repair and detailing business from their garage and driveway. We have submitted numerous time-stamped photographs and written reports documenting the activity: multiple vehicles being repaired, detailed, and exchanged on a near-daily basis. In response, Specialty Management, via their representative Glen Westberry, sent only a single letter to the absentee landlord and then accepted his and the tenant's denial at face value. Being a li ended property manager in the state of Florida, I can say that Becky Ferbe is an awesome manager. The jobs always get done on a timely basis and always done exactly as requested. Her demeanor with my board and residents is second to none. She is the best property manager I have ever worked with. Very highly recommended!!!
