It's really a simple concept - they did what they said they were going to do. Started on time - finished on time and came in on budget. Along the way, they took extra time to make sure the details were taken care of - all with high quality workmanship. We did a full condo renovation - right down to the studs. For 90% of our project, we were not physically at our condo - - we worked remotely with video and numerous calls to make sure things were done the way we wanted. EXCEPTIONAL FROM BEGINNING TO END! We hired Leo & Fernando of SPEC Development for a total renovation of our Ft. Myers condo and to say they were unbelievably good is an understatement. We were so impressed during our first consultative visit as they listened, recorded every detail and made excellent construction and design recommendations that no other GC's who came through had done. I..e.: They explained that the stove top I wanted wouldn't work unless I modified my cabinets, or the sink I wanted would require a cabinet modification. The quality of their work is superior and they never cut corners on the finishes they provided. For example, the walk-in glass shower doors are thick, and super high quality, the soaker tub they chose coincidentally was the exact tub I had selected and

Spec just renovated our condo and did an amazing job! All work was completed post season in about 4-4.5 months. They have a showroom where we picked our cabinets, countertops, backsplashes, flooring and sinks. We stayed with a neutral palette and the results are amazing. Leo and Fernando are brothers who work closely together. They are great communicators. All design drawings were emailed and easily adjusted with my iPad. Once we moved our belongings to storage, we did not make extra trips to check on the progress of the project because Leo and Fernando would send me videos of the work every 1-2 weeks. We are so pleased with the results and look forward to enjoying our new space.
